After expansive careers in productions, live events and broadcasting, Luke Shave and Craig Borg identified an opportunity for a creative event and content production service - partnering to found Five Peas.
With experience across both media organisations and client-side brands; Luke and Craig’s unique skill set inspired a truly client-focused team of creatives, who could not only strategically build and align a brief for exceptional business results, but also possess the technical know-how to make any production a reality.

Our Founders.
A seasoned industry professional, Luke’s career has encompasses more than 20 years across a diverse range of broadcast and event projects.
With an in-depth understanding of every step of the production process, Luke lends his expertise to working closely with clients - from the initial brief to completion - with a focus on delivering on business objectives.
Commercially savvy, Luke understands the importance of delivering the highest ROI for every production dollar spent.
Luke's previous roles have included tour management, five years as the Head of Production and Special Projects for MTV Australia & New Zealand, and responsibility leading a full service production company.
LUKE SHAVE.
Craig's career started working in various full service production companies refining his skills in audio, lighting and video technologies. This naturally progressed into Event & Broadcast Production Management and Technical Direction.
10 years of his expansive career has been dedicated to working closely with Australia’s biggest entertainment company, Southern Cross Austereo, along with contract and full-time roles within many other radio and television broadcasters.
Craig’s strong technical expertise, accomplished across both brands and media companies, gives him a unique perspective understanding the needs that drive business outcomes for his clients. His exceptional problem solving skills are vital in successfully delivering complex projects, using a mix of fresh ideas, experience and new technology.
